A simple cocktail that enhances every nuance of the gin.
Ingredients
Premium neutral tonic water
Crystal-clear ice
Lemon peel
Star anise (optional)
Preparation
Fill a balloon glass with plenty of crystal-clear ice and chill it by stirring gently.
Pour 50ml of Raganella Dry Gin and let the botanicals awaken.
Slowly add the premium tonic water, pouring it down the side of the glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist and, if you wish, a single star anise.
